Fibromyalgia Pain and Helpful Herbs

Fibro, Fibromyalgia. Whatever you call it its the same thing to anyone who may be suffering with it.

Some of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia are obvious, whereas others aren’t especially to a person not suffering from it themselves. It typically affects more women than men. Some of these symptoms include:

  • Tender points throughout the body
  • Fatigue
  • Anxiety and/or Depression
  • Numbness or Tingling in the arms, feet, or legs
  • Painful menstrual cramps
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

These are just a few of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia but there are quite a few more.

I really wanted to talk about some helpful natural alternatives to using the normally prescribed medicines out there.

Some good, natural alternatives to use for Fibromyalgia are:

Turmeric – Turmeric is good for pain and inflammation associated with Fibromyalgia. A good easy recipe to use is the Golden Milk Recipe.

Ginseng – Ginseng helps with the fatigue associated with Fibromyalgia. It gives the body a natural energy.

St. Jonts Wort – a natural anti-depressant that also helps relieve pain, anxiety, and stress.
